Pricing & Policies
A deposit of 50% of the rental fee is due at the time of booking your event. The remaining balance is due 90 days prior to event. A refundable security/cleaning deposit is also due 90 days prior to event date.
Timeline and Room Setup Plan
Your timeline (which must include load-in and load-out times) and room setup plan is due 30 days prior to the date of your event. Please give as much detail as possible in both your timeline and setup plan. Any changes to your timeline and setup plan cannot be accommodated if submitted less than 30 days prior. Please note that rental charges will be based on load-in and load-out times. Changes in your timeline that result in an excess of the hours stated will incur additional fees.
Payment of rental fees for after-hours events, is due 90 days prior to the date of your event.
You will receive email reminders for your specific due dates. Payment details will also be provided in these emails. We accept cash and checks. Please contact us for more information.
If you cancel 180 days or more prior to your original reserved date, your deposit will be returned minus a cancellation fee. If you cancel your event after 180 days, unfortunately, none of your payment will be refunded. On all cancellations, regardless of the reason, there is a cancellation fee.
